Magic broadly consists of many techniques and tools used to channel mystic energy, it is most commonly used by humans around the world and was originally designed to assist in building and supporting their civilization(s); although many other beings have their own particular supernatural abilities as well.
As it has grown and progressed over the years, it's become more varied and has even gained more combative uses as well; Magic is also more widely usable than Force and can be applied in many ways, however it seems to be limited by the innate power and talent of the individual.
